EN Jewelry reserves the right to change the terms of use, depending on the changes made in the product offer or applicable regulations. The Customer is obliged to check the information related to the terms of operation prior to every purchase.

Upon receiving the order, the Seller is obliged to send an order confirmation e-mail containing the name, price and quantity of the ordered items, total amount to be paid, as well as the information about the address that the Customer has entered for shipping.

The Seller reserves the right to limit the shipment of larger quantity of the same products or cancel the order for any reason whatsoever.
The Seller undertakes to ship the goods to the Customer within 3-5 working days. Should shipping be unavailable, the Seller is obliged to notify the Customer observing the deadline of not more than 3 working days from the day the order has been made.

The Customer is obliged to provide the Seller with the accurate information on shipping details. If the Customer provides incorrect personal information or e-mail address during the shopping process, the Seller shall not bear responsibility for shipping or takeover of the items ordered.

We endeavored to present the colors and product materials as true as possible on the images on our online shop. However, we cannot guarantee that the screen of your device will present the color shades identically.
